What this addendum is
When you use the Studio LXD applications within an organisation, you bring into them personal data about other people. For that data your organisation is the controller and Studio LXD, S.L. is the processor.
This addendum is the processing agreement required by Article 28.3 GDPR. It is the same for every plan, it forms part of the Terms of Service and it is accepted together with them — there is no separate document to sign.
What it covers
Parties; subject matter and duration; the nature and purpose of the processing application by application; documented instructions; confidentiality; security measures; subprocessors and the public subprocessor list; assistance with data subject rights; breach notification; return or deletion on termination; audit; international transfers; liability; and governing law.
