One account, every product
You sign in once, in the platform. From then on the app launcher in the header takes you to any product your organisation has access to, without a second sign-in.
Your profile
Your profile carries the things that should not be set five times:
- Interface language. Chosen once and used by every product in the suite. The six suite languages are English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch and Portuguese.
- Name and avatar, as your colleagues see them in shared products.
- Notification preferences, which decide what reaches you by email.
Sessions
A session is issued by the platform and understood by every product. Signing out ends it everywhere. If you lose a device, ending your sessions from the account area is enough — you do not have to visit each product.
