What an organisation is
An organisation owns the data. Your content, your projects and your billing belong to it, not to you personally — so a person leaving does not take the work with them.
You can belong to more than one organisation, and switch between them from the header without signing out.
Roles
- Owner — everything, including billing and deleting the organisation.
- Admin — members, settings and product configuration; not ownership.
- Member — the product's own work.
Roles are the organisation's, not the product's: an admin is an admin everywhere in the suite.
Inviting people
Invite by email from the members area. An invitation is bound to the address it was sent to, and expires; re-sending it issues a new one rather than extending the old.
