The employee record
Employees lists all your people, active or offboarded. Each record brings together their personal data, current position and department, their contracts (with dates and type), their direct manager, and tabs for the rest of their People data: CV, competencies, performance, objectives, and 1:1s. Some fields — social security number, IBAN, salary — are sensitive and only visible to those with explicit permission.
Offboarding an employee doesn't erase their history: it closes their access and current contract, but past clockings, absences, and reviews are kept.
Org chart
Org chart draws the full hierarchy from each record's "manager" field — nothing to maintain separately, it recomputes whenever a manager changes.
Structure
| Screen | What it defines |
|---|---|
| Positions | The roles in your organization, with a parent position if applicable |
| Sites | The physical or remote locations your team works from |
| Departments | Your teams, each with a manager |
| Contract types | The hiring models you use (permanent, temporary, internship...) |
| Contracts | Each employee's contract history — dates, type, hours, and cost |
| Holidays | Each site's working calendar — used to calculate absences and working days |
Each structure screen has its own create and edit views; deleting an item in use (a position with employees, for example) is blocked until you stop using it.
My company
My company holds your organization's legal profile — legal name, trade name, tax ID, and address — used on the public careers portal and in outgoing communications.
Where to go next
- Working day — schedules, absences, vacation, and clockings for these same people.
- Recruiting — how new hires arrive before they have an employee record.
