Openings and candidates
Job openings is where you publish and manage your vacancies; each one receives applications in Candidates, with stages (received, interviewing, offer, hired, rejected), history, notes, and documents. Anyone on your team can refer someone from Refer — the application is flagged as a referral, without duplicating the process.
Interviews
Every scheduled interview has its own scorecard for the interviewer to rate the candidate; anyone with interviews assigned sees them in My interviews.
AI screening
When you publish an opening, you can turn on automatic screening: an AI model scores each incoming application against the opening's requirements and adds its assessment to the history, without ever blocking the application from existing if there's no credit available — if your organization has no balance, the application is still saved and screening is marked as unavailable.
The public careers portal
If you turn on the portal (Settings), your published openings appear on a public page of your own, where any candidate can view the details and apply with their CV. After applying, they get a confirmation email with a link to track their application status, no account needed. You can limit which domains may embed that portal on your own website (Settings → Careers CORS).
Old, stale applications are anonymized automatically after the retention period you set in Settings (data protection).
