CV

Every employee keeps their own CV in My CV, with six sections — summary, experience, education, languages, certifications, and highlighted competencies. A manager can view (and, with permission, edit) their report's CV from the employee's own record, under the CV tab. This is the same CV tender sees when an employee is offered as an internal candidate for a project.

Competencies

Competencies keeps your organization's skills catalog, grouped by category; My competencies is where each employee (or their manager, depending on permission) records their level in each one. Two aggregate views help you see the whole picture:

  • Competency matrix — every person's level in every competency, in a table.
  • Competency coverage — how many people cover each competency and at what level, useful for spotting gaps before they become a problem.

Performance

Review cycles defines your organization's evaluation periods (yearly, half-yearly...); Reviews lists a cycle's reviews, each with the employee's self-assessment and their manager's evaluation. My performance is the self-service view: your own self-assessment, your objectives, and your 1:1s with follow-up actions.
