Events
Events manages your organization's events — meetings, trainings, celebrations — with an audience (everyone, a department, or specific people), recurrence (daily, weekly, monthly...), and automatic email reminders before they start. Events that apply to you also show up in your Calendar, mixed in with your schedule and absences.
A recurring event can be edited or cancelled at three scopes: just that occurrence, that occurrence and the following ones, or the whole series.
People analytics
People analytics summarizes headcount for the year you pick: average weekly hours, monthly cost, average tenure, hires and departures, and how your people break down by position, department, and site — plus the year's absences by type.
Recruiting analytics
Recruiting analytics measures your hiring process: the funnel by stage, average time to hire, average time per stage, and which sources bring in the best candidates.
